Warm Thoughts Please

Tomorrow is the Chasing Snakes 10K race in Johnson City. It seemed like such a fantastic idea last week when it was sunny and 75. The forecast for tomorrow morning is rain, rain, rain....oh yeah, and cold too. The meteorologist on the local news gave the rain chance at 100%, so we will be wet. Other than that, I am looking forward to it. So, send your warm thoughts my way. I am off to stretch.
